Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks is one of the basic exercise that every beginner does. This exercise is very effective. Just do 50 Jumping Jacks at start and then gradually increase it.

How to do

1) Start in a standing position with your feet together and your arms relaxed at your sides.

2) Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button toward your spine and slightly tightening your abdominal muscles.

3) Simultaneously jump your feet out to the sides and raise your arms above your head. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart, and your arms should form a “V” shape.

4) As you jump, keep your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact and land softly on the balls of your feet.

5) Quickly reverse the movement by jumping back to the starting position, bringing your feet together and lowering your arms to your sides.

6) Repeat the jumping jacks for the desired number of repetitions. Beginners can start with 10 to 15 reps and gradually increase as they become more comfortable with the exercise.
